The full interior renovation of this 1900s Edwardian home included complete seismic upgrades, new foundation, and extensive excavations to add an extra floor of living space.

Upgrades to the interior included a full kitchen remodel, laundry room addition, and multiple bathroom renovations. Other enhancements included the installation of new windows and doors and paint throughout interior and exterior. Exterior improvements included the construction of a deck, and improvements to the hardscape and landscaping.
