This undeveloped lot necessitated extensive site development including septic, well, and utility infrastructure work to accommodate the construction of the main home, guest house, garage, and pool.

The design incorporated unique elements such an entry gate system, clerestory windows, trimless detailing, and custom cabinetry. These features were complemented by a painted wood exterior and modern finishes throughout. Custom metal fascias and steel trellises were thoughtfully positioned across the property. The exterior was further enhanced by a pool featuring an integrated hot tub, creating an impressive atmosphere for both indoor and outdoor living.
