The complete renovation of this three story 1920s home included a full seismic upgrade and the replacement of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and hydronic heating systems. Excavation of the basement floor allowed for additional living space. The interior transformation featured notable elements such as concrete countertops, plaster walls, a sculptural staircase, and arches throughout the main floor, resulting in a dramatic makeover.

Exterior renovations included new windows and doors, integral color stucco, new balcony railings and updates to the roof and gutter system. The landscaping scope included integrated stone pavers, lighting, the introduction of carefully selected plantings, and a new stucco wall to enhance privacy.
